Refund Policy

Current Status: Gaming Zebra is a free informational platform. We do not currently charge users for access to any content on this website. This Refund Policy is published as part of our legal documentation and to establish clear expectations for any paid services that may be introduced in the future.

Gaming Zebra ("we," "us," or "our") operates an informational gaming platform at https://gamingzebra.com. At the time of this policy's publication, all content on our website — including articles, guides, quizzes, and community discussions — is provided free of charge.

We do not currently accept payments from users for content access, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, or any other transaction. As such, there are currently no charges to refund.

2. Future Paid Services

Gaming Zebra may introduce paid services, premium content tiers, or other chargeable features in the future. Should we do so, the following general principles will apply:

Digital Content and Subscriptions

For any subscription or recurring payment product, users will be able to cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

One-Time Digital Purchases

For one-time purchases of digital content (such as guides, reports, or downloadable resources), refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the purchased content was not delivered as described. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • The purchaser has substantially accessed or consumed the purchased content.
  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
  • The purchase was made in clear understanding of the nature and limitations of the content.
  • The request is based on dissatisfaction with information that was accurately described before purchase.

3. No Guarantee of Gaming Outcomes

Gaming Zebra provides educational and informational content only. We make no representation or guarantee that any content — free or paid — will result in improved gaming performance, specific in-game outcomes, ranking improvements, or any other measurable gaming benefit. Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction with personal gaming results will not be honored.

4. Errors and Technical Issues

If a technical error results in a duplicate charge or failed delivery of a paid product, we will investigate promptly and process a correction or refund within a reasonable timeframe. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with additional statutory rights (such as a 14-day cooling-off right under applicable consumer protection law), those rights are not waived by this policy.
